70th Anniversary GP: Hamilton tops FP3, Norris finishes 3rd
Silverstone, Aug 8 (IANS) Lewis Hamilton finished P1 in the third free practice ahead of qualifying for the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix at Silverstone while his Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas was 0.163s behind in second place. McLaren's Lando Norris put his hat at the top of the grid as well, finishing third, +0.581s behind Hamilton.

Rabindra to start 2020 season on Aug 21 in French GT4 c'ship

70th Anniversary GP: Bottas leads FP1, Vettel's struggles continue
Silverstone, Aug 7 (IANS) Valtteri Bottas on Friday marked his first sojourn on the track after renewing his contract with Mercedes for the 2021 season by heading the first free practice session for the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix at Silverstone. The Finnish driver finished 0.138s ahead of teammate Lewis Hamilton while Red Bull's Max Verstappen finished 0.727s behind on P3.

Racing Point fined 15 points after Renault's protest
Silverstone, Aug 7 (IANS) Formula One team Racing Point on Friday saw 15 points deducted by the governing body FIA after they upheld Renault's protest regarding illegal brake ducts. The FIA stated that design of the brake ducts were that of Mercedes and not of Racing Point, as the latter had claimed.
