Hello friends,I will shifting to Miramar/Miami,Florida with my family by March 2017 from Delhi,India. Could you please help me understand -1. What locality I shall look for accommodation. Safety is one of great concern and at the same time I do not want to spend a lot on rent. I am just looking for 1 BHK kind of setup in a good and safe locality. How much monthly rent shall I expect to rent such property2. Does the rental property include utilities like Gas, heat and electricity. If not then how can I get these in place3. On an average how much we spend on utilities for 2 people in 1BHK kind of setup4. Do we have good (24x7) transport facility , school and medical/hospital facility . Is the cost reasonable or it is expensive 5. What is the tax rate (income tax + sales tax)6. Do you have any minimum salary/paycheck in mind that one shall be earning to lead a good/modest lifestyle7. How is the job market for a women who used to work in IT operation or Banking operations (sales executive)8. Do we need to pay security money in advanced when we rent a property. In India based on location it varies from 2 - 10 times of you monthly rent. What about it in Miramar,MiamiReally appreciate your quick response. Thanks
