He won the coveted 'Song of the Year' in the general category for Shivoham - a first for a spiritual song to be given this honor as the other nominations were across all genres of music.
He also won 'Artist of the Year' in the Ghazal category and 'Ghazal of the Year' for his release of Ret Ka Ghar.
