Wheat Flour - 1 Cup Butter - 1/2 Cup ( 8 Tbspns ) Powdered Sugar - 1/4 Cup Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp Salt - 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)- 1/4 Tsp Milk - 3 Tbspns

Step 1: Take Butter ( Room Temperature ) in bowl Step 2: Powdered Sugar ( Sifting removes the lumps & makes it fluffier )
Step3: Instructions For Homemade Powdered Sugar : * Pour Granulated Sugar into a Mixer or Blender . * Blend the sugar until its fine & fluffy powdered sugar . * Store it in an AirTight Container .
Step 4:Beat The Butter & Sugar Well With Hand Mixer / Whisk
Mix Until Butter Mixture is Pale Yellow & Fluffy
Step 5:Sieve Wheat Flour into bowl Add Baking Powder ( Lighten the Texture )
Mix with Your Hands , Don't Over Mix Add Vanilla Extract ( Enhances All The Flavors ) Add Boiled Milk ( Room Temperature ) then Don't Knead , Just Combine to Form a Dough Use Parchment Paper to Roll the Dough
Roll It Flat ( Slightly Thick )
Cut into circles( for cookie shape) step6: In a Baking Tray , Put Parchment Paper .
Step 7: Preheat The Oven @ 350 ° F BAKE For 12 - 15 Mins
Step 8: Keep the baking tray into the baking oven and bake it,The Edges Of Cookies Should Turn Slightly Golden Brown It will be Soft when Hot & Turns Crunchy when Cooled. So Let It Cool Before Serving.
